Our longstanding experience and expertise covers nearly every aspects of the aviation industry, ranging from representation in aircraft and engine leases; representation in financing and restructuring of airline companies; forming the right employment scheme and resolving any employment disputes; assisting airline companies with aircraft and engine maintenance agreements; and regulatory advice on licences and operational issues with the relevant authorities. We have been named general counsel for the Indonesian national flag carrier, Garuda Indonesia.
