In the telecommunications sector, the Firm has been retained by numerous multinational and domestic companies (such as New Sat-I, Ericsson Mobile, PT Ericsson Indonesia, Ariawest and France Telecom) to assist in various stages of their telecommunications businesses in Indonesia. Our representation of these companies has encompassed a wide variety of activities from acquisition of satellites, development of KSO projects, GSM turnkey projects and operational regulatory needs of telecommunications companies.
